Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our retail store in Waterloo will be open 9am to 5pm on Thursdays & Fridays, and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.
If you leave a phone message or send us an email outside of our store hours, we will respond within 12 hours.
Orders requiring shipping will be shipped on Thursdays and Fridays.
All other orders can be picked up on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Our store will be closed for these Canadian holidays and occasions:
- Victoria Day - May 20
- Canada Day - July 1
- Civic Holiday - August 5
- Labour Day - September 2
- Thanksgiving - October 14
- Christmas Day - December 25

Directions From Toronto / 401
- Take the 401 West towards London
- Take exit 278 onto Highway 8 towards Waterloo
- Continue on Highway 8
- Merge onto North Waterloo/Guelph 85 (On the right)
- While on 85, the highway will split into two roads a few kilometres in. They come back together so don't worry!
- Continue until you reach the King St. exit in Waterloo. This is just after the University Ave. exit
- Take the King St. exit
- On the King St. ramp, take a right onto King St. North
- Continue on King St., turn left onto Wyman Rd (Fourth set of lights).
- Kitty-corner from the Staples Business Depot, you will find Bigfoot/WeSellit!
