You can pick up your snowshoes for free.. Pickup is available from our store in Waterloo, Ontario. See our contact page for directions and store hours.
We will ship your items to your home or business via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping one pair of Snowshoes is $20 in Canada and $24 per pair in the United States.
Your new Bigfoot snowshoes and poles have a 1 year free parts replacement warranty from WeSellit Ltd. from the date of purchase. Any free items are not covered by a warranty.
The warranty applies to the original buyer and only for personal use, and not in the event of misuse or intentional damage.
The buyer must return (at their expense) the defective part or snowshoe to WeSellit Ltd. who will send the replacing part to the buyer. Any costs of repairing the snowshoe(s) are the buyer's responsibility.
The warranty does not cover loss of nuts, bolts, washers, screws on the snowshoes or "baskets" on the poles.
