Bigfoot Warranty

Your new Bigfoot snowshoes and/or poles have a 1 year free parts replacement warranty from WeSellit Ltd. from the date of purchase. Any free items are not covered by a warranty

The warranty applies to the original buyer and only for personal use on packed or powdered snow, and not in the event of misuse or intentional damage. This warranty is null and void if the snowshoes are used on rocks, bare ground or for ice climbing. The warranty does not cover loss of nuts, bolts, washers, screws on the snowshoes or "baskets" on the poles.

The buyer must return (at their expense) the defective part or snowshoe to WeSellit Ltd. who will send the replacement part or the replacing snowshoe to the buyer. Any costs of repairing the snowshoe(s)/poles are the buyer's responsibility. WeSellit Ltd pays the cost of the return shipping to the buyer.

WeSellit Ltd. reserves the right to use its discretion in approving any warranty claim.

You can pick up your snowshoes for free. Pickup is available from our store in Waterloo, Ontario. See our contact page for directions and store hours.

We will ship your items to your home or business via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping one pair of snowshoes is $20 in Canada and $24 in the United States. There are no tariffs or duty on Canada/US sales.

• Each additional pair of snowshoes is $10.
• For shipments to Alaska and Yukon, shipping is $30 per pair of snowshoes, and $15 for every additional pair. Accessories are bundled with the snowshoes to save you money on shipping. If you are eligible for what would be free shipping elsewhere, you will only be charged $10 per pair for shipping.
• For NWT and Nunavut please call for a shipping quote.
